How does booking work?
Book for rent by paying just 40% of the total rental fee! Our team confirms your booking and shares a delivery date. Your refundable deposit (40-60% of the outfit's offer price, based on its value) is payable one week before your delivery date. All remaining rental payment may be made after delivery.
What is the rental duration?
Standard rentals are for 1 day — enough time to receive, wear and return your outfit. Need it longer? Extended durations are available as an add-on; just mention it in your enquiry.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes — a refundable security deposit is payable one week before your delivery date. It's calculated as a percentage of the outfit's offer price: 40% for outfits under ₹10,000, 50% for outfits from ₹10,000 to ₹20,000, and 60% for outfits from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000. It's returned in full on successful return of the outfit. For any dress damages, the applicable amount is deducted transparently from the deposit.
Do I need to clean the outfit before returning?
No — please don't! Professional cleaning is included in every rental and handled by our studio with fabric-specific care. Just return the outfit as-is after your event.
What if the outfit gets damaged?
Normal wear — light creasing, minor makeup marks, everyday signs of a good evening — is completely on us. Money will be deducted from your deposit for any dress damages, so please handle the dresses with care.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — cancellations follow a tiered refund based on how far ahead of your delivery date you cancel: 1 week or more before — full refund; 5 days before — 70% refund; 3 days before — 50% refund; less than 3 days before — no refund.
How do I list my own outfits and earn?
Submit your piece through our Rent With Us page — our team reviews it within 48 hours. Once accepted, we photograph, list and manage it, and you earn a share of every booking, paid monthly. Prefer a one-time payment? We buy select pieces outright too.
